What Can You Treat?
We diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication for chronic (Long term), non-emergency/ urgent medical issues and chronic conditions, including:
Chronic (Long term):
High Blood Pressure, Erectile Dysfunction, Birth Control, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anxiety, Diabetes Depression, High Cholesterol, Seizures, Migraine, Hair Loss, Acne, Back Pain
Non-Emergency/ Urgent Care:
Allergies, Bronchitis, Cellulitis, Cold, Dental Infection, Diarrhea, Ear Pain, Flu, Gout, Hair Loss, Headache, Infection Vaginitis, Migraine, Male Urethritis, Nausea, PEP (HIV post-exposure prophylaxis with in the first 72 hours of exposure ), Pink eye, Pneumonia, Sinus Infection, Strep/Sore, Swimmer’s ear (external ear infection), Throat, Tonsillitis, UTI, Yeast Rash, Vertigo
Please note: Cases that require in-person examination by a practitioner during telemedicine visits are not entitled to a refund unless the patient would prefer a practitioner home visit.
No-shows/Cancellations
We encourage patients who cannot keep their appointment to cancel or reschedule. To cancel or reschedule, call our clinic on 915-955-4703.
Home visit/House call
We understand there may be times when you miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations with work or family. Nevertheless, we encourage you to call at least 4 hours before your home visit/house call appointment to cancel. Otherwise, the full $100 home visit/house call fee will be charged to patients who are not present for their visit and $50.00 for cancellation within 4 hours of the home/house call visit.
Telemedicine
If the patient does not show up for their telemedicine appointment, it is considered a no-show after 15 minutes of the appointment time, and the patient will be charged half of the service fee (Telemedicine $32.50) no-show fee.
Office Visits
If the patient does not show up for their office appointment, it is considered a no-show after 15 minutes of the appointment time, and the patient will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In some cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to ensure patients get the proper care they need. Once we cancel or reschedule the appointment, our patients will not be charged any fee.
We understand that there may be need to reschedule or cancel appointments, we ask that you call us not less than 24hours in advance to be entitled for your full refund.

We accept patients without insurances. Currently, D’essence Healthcare accepts most insurances including:

How Much is an Appointment with D'essence Healthcare Services Inc.?
We accept patients with and without insurance.
Telemedicine services cost $65, a home visit costs $100, and an office visit costs $85. These prices are for patients without insurance.
We ask that you cancel 24hrs in advance or you will incur a non-refundable fee of $20.
